Marshmallow Pineapple Skewers with Balsamic-Chili Glaze

A flavorful finish: this fruity-spicy combination of marshmallows and pineapple with a balsamic chili glaze is quick to prepare and rounds off every barbecue evening appropriately.

Ingredients 4 Portions

  • 20 pcs.Marshmallows for the grill (large pieces)
  • 1 pc.Pineapple, fresh
  • 4 tbsp.Balsamic Glace
  • 0.5 tsp.Chili Hot
  • 4 Wooden skewers

    Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into cubes of approx. 2x2 cm.

    Skewer the pineapple pieces and marshmallows onto thin wooden skewers, alternating between ingredients.

    In a bowl combine the balsamico glace with the Kotányi Chili.

    Grill the skewers over the embers or a slightly open fire. Allow to cool briefly and drizzle with the balsamic-chili glaze.
