Lemon Trout Mousse
15—25 MinKotányi Lemon Fish Mediterranean seasoning mix enhances the flavor of the fish and gives it a Mediterranean flavor. The mousse is ready to be devoured after just a couple of hours of chilling. Tip: This simple fish mousse looks even more impressive shaped into balls and served on blinis.
Ingredients 4 Portions
- 200 gTrout, smoked
- 125 gCrème fraîche
- A little lemon juice
- 1 pinchSea Salt, Coarse
- 1 tsp.Fish Seasoning Mix with Lemon
- 1 pinchPepper Black, Whole
Preparation

Cut the trout fillets into pieces and add to a bowl.

Use a hand blender to blend together with the crème fraîche until a fine mousse is formed.

Then season to taste with Kotányi Salt, Kotányi Pepper, a pinch of Kotányi Selection Mediterranean Lemon Fish mix and lemon juice.

Chill the mousse for a few hours then enjoy.
