
Korean Popcorn Chicken
20—25 MinCrispy, bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a sweet and spicy Korean sauce – a perfect combination of heat, sweetness, and crunch. These flavorful popcorn chicken bites are ideal for sharing or as a tasty snack, offering a bold burst of flavor in every bite.

- 400 gchicken breast fillets
- 1 packetCrispy breading mix, garlic
- 3 tbspoil
For the sauce:
- 100 gtomato sauce
- 20 mlsoy sauce
- 2 tbsphoney
- 1 tbspchili paste
- 1 tbsprice vinegar
- 1 tbspsesame oil
- 1 tspGinger, Ground
- 1.5 tspGarlic Granules
- Sesame seeds, for serving

Cut the chicken into 2x2 cm cubes. Pour 500 ml of cold water into one bowl, and the Kotányi coating mix into another.

Briefly dip each piece of chicken into the water, then coat in the Kotányi mix.

Preheat the oven to 220°C with fan. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, brush with oil, and bake for 13–15 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, add all sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and cook over low heat for 7–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer the baked chicken to the saucepan, stir well to coat evenly, and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
