Egg Spread with Smoked Paprika
15—20 MinA delicious egg spread perfect served on bread for breakfast, supper or simply as a snack. Smoked paprika has a wonderfully smoky and slightly sweet flavor that is great with a homemade egg spread.
Ingredients 4 Portions
- 5 Eggs, hard-boiled
- 50 gButter
- 250 gCurd cheese
- 2 tbsp.Sour cream
- 1 tbsp.Mustard
- 1 Squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 tsp.Paprika, Smoked
- 1 pinchSea Salt, Coarse
- 1 pinchPepper Black, Ground
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice the eggs. Roll the chives up tightly chop and add to the egg.

Add all other ingredients to the sliced eggs and chives and combine.
