A feast of flavours
Christmastime also means making preparations together, cooking together and, above all, enjoying together. As always, at Kotányi we have once again put together a wonderful Christmas menu for you this year so that you don’t have to worry about what to serve up on December 24. Look forward to four courses that will ensure a culinary delight with creativity and the right flavour.
Three kinds of spreads
We start our Christmas menu with a crispy greeting from the kitchen. Or to put it even more elegantly: with an amuse-gueule that not only tastes good, but will also satisfy your first cravings. We serve fresh bread with a savoury lentil spread, cucumber and avocado cream and whipped brown butter.
Delightful soup
We continue with a potato and leek soup that highlights the best sides of the precious vegetable thanks to our potato spice preparation. Add a dash of white wine and fine cream. After using the hand blender, you can look forward to a creamy soup that can be garnished with potato straws. Also perfect for stress-free preparation the night before!

Exceptional sirloin
Beef sirloin is a particularly tender cut of beef: due to its juiciness, tender texture and intense flavour, it plays the leading role in our Christmas menu this year. Wrapped in a crispy white bread crust and accompanied by dried fruit and colourful roasted vegetables, the recipe is guaranteed to delight your guests.
Very berry speculoos cream
For this year’s Christmas dessert, we are combining spicy home-baked speculoos biscuits with a vanilla berry cream – a combination of crunch and beguiling airiness. Of course, you can also use other biscuits that will make a grand entrance after the Christmas season.
