Mulled Red Wine with Cinnamon

This wonderful recipe by blogger Backen mit Christina uses only the best ingredients and spices. And what about the wine? Don't just use any old wine — use the best, as then the mulled wine will be incredible too.
Ingredients 4 Portions
- 1.5 lRed wine
- 10 tbsp.Brown sugar
- 2 pieceOranges, juiced
- 2 pieceLemons, sliced
- 2 pieceOranges, sliced
- 4 pieceCinnamon, Whole
- 4 pieceCardamom, Whole
- 1 tbsp.Cloves, Whole
Preparation

Heat the wine, sugar, orange juice and all the spices in a pan but do not bring to the boil.

Allow to infuse over a low heat for at least one hour, serve hot and enjoy.
