Summer Punch with Pink Berries

Pink berries are not part of the pepper plant family, so they actually have a sweet, aromatic flavor. They make a fruity addition and wonderful decorative highlight in this summer punch.

- 1 kgStrawberries, fresh
- 500 mlWhite wine
- 500 mlSparkling wine
- 1 Bunch of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp.Pink Berries, Whole
- 1 pinchPepper Black, Whole
Preparation

Cut the strawberries into small pieces.

Mix the sparkling wine and white wine in a large bowl.

Roughly chop the fresh mint and add to the wine along with the strawberries. Season with pink berries, salt and pepper.

Place the punchbowl in the fridge for an hour to infuse and chill.

Decorate the rims of the drinking glasses with sugar and flower petals and enjoy.
