Marshmallow Pineapple Skewers with Balsamic-Chili Glaze

Ingredients 4 Portions
- 20 pcs.Marshmallows for the grill (large pieces)
- 1 pc.Pineapple, fresh
- 4 tbsp.Balsamic Glace
- 0.5 tsp.Chili Hot
- 4 Wooden skewers
Preparation

Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into cubes of approx. 2x2 cm.

Skewer the pineapple pieces and marshmallows onto thin wooden skewers, alternating between ingredients.

In a bowl combine the balsamico glace with the Kotányi Chili.

Grill the skewers over the embers or a slightly open fire. Allow to cool briefly and drizzle with the balsamic-chili glaze.
