Golden Milk Buttons
15—30 MinThese cookies have what it takes! They look simple, but with the spices of golden milk they taste incredibly aromatic of turmeric, cinnamon and nutmeg. You can also add the final, delicious touch to the Golden Milk Buttons with a splash of color.
Ingredients 4 Portions
For ca. 500 g of Cookies
- 190 gEgg Yolk (ca. 10 Pc.)
- 140 gIcing Sugar
- 160 gFlour, wheat
- 20 gArchive: Golden Milk Seasoning Mix
- 1 PinchSea Salt, Coarse
Preparation

Beat the yolks with the icing sugar until frothy.

Mix the flour and the Kotányi Golden Milk spice mixture.

Fill the cookie dough mixture into a piping bag and pipe dots with a perforated nozzle (approx. 1 cm in diameter) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Bake the cookies on the middle rack with a preheated oven at 180 ° C (fan setting) for 8 minutes.
Hint:
After cooling, they can be decorated with chocolate or a delicious glaze.
