Gingerbread Kisses
15—30 MinGingerbread - but with a twist! It wouldn't be Christmas for us without these gingerbread cookies. The interplay of soft gingerbread, delicious chocolate and crunchy nuts is simply irresistible for us. And the best thing about it: They are super easy to make.
Ingredients 4 Portions
For ca. 650 g Cookies
- 90 gEgg Whites (ca. 3 Pc.)
- 150 gSugar, granulated
- 100 gAlmonds, chopped
- 200 gGingerbread, ground
- 5 gHoney Gingerbread Seasoning Mix
- 1 PinchTable Salt
- 200 gHazelnuts, whole
- 200 gChoclate glaze
Preparation

Beat the egg whites with the granulated sugar and salt until stiff.

Carefully fold in the chopped almonds, gingerbread crumbs and Kotányi Honey Gingerbread Spice Mixture.

Fill the mixture into a piping bag with a perforated nozzle and pipe cirlcles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place a whole hazelnut in the middle of each circle.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 140 ° C for approx. 15 minutes.

Dip half of each cooled Gingerbread Kiss are in chocolate icing and let set on a grid.
