Salmon on Citrus Fruits

With simple means we can at least get the flavors of Italy for an unforgettable evening on the grill: refine salmon with the Seafood spice blend and place it on lemon slices (so nothing sticks to the grill!) for the flavor of the Mediterranean cuisine of Italy.
Ingredients 2 Portions
- 400 gSalmon filet
- 3 pc.Citrus fruit (Limes, oranges, lemons,..)
- 1 tbsp.Grill Seafood
Preparation

Cut the citrus fruit into slices about 5 mm thick.

Divide the salmon into two equal pieces and season with the Grill Seafood seasoning mix.

Place a bed of the citrus slices on the grill grate and place the fish on it with the skin side up. Now grill for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
