Ingredients 1 Portions
- 8 basil leaves
- 20 mllemon juice
- 2 tspCane sugar or sugar syrup
- carbonated mineral water
- Large ice cubes
Preparation

Crush basil leaves with sugar and lemon juice in a glass.

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Fill with sparkling mineral water and stir gently.

Optionally garnish with a slice of lemon.
