We All Love Couscous

15-Minute Recipe
Chop one peeled carrot, a scallion and a zucchini and fry them all in one pan. Add two heaped tablespoons of Quick & Easy and one can of chopped tomatoes, then quickly bring to the boil. Stir in the couscous and leave to soak over a low heat. Finally, crumble over some feta and serve.
